Welcome to Würzburg

SMSA is coming home. The 16th Workshop on Stochastic Models, Statistics and Their Applications (SMSA), organized by AG-ZQS, will take place at the University of Würzburg from March 18 to March 20, 2026. Following the successful previous workshops, the conference will put together recent advances in areas related to stochastic modeling, statistical inference, statistical learning and their applications.

Contributions motivated by or addressing issues in engineering, industry, natural sciences and other applications are particularly welcomed, as several focused sessions will be devoted to such topics.

The workshop aims at facilitating the exchange of research ideas, stimulating collaboration and promoting young researchers.
