Registration
Conference fees:
Participation: 120 Euro
The fee includes participation in the scientific sessions and coffee breaks.
Conference Dinner (March 19): 42 Euro
The conference dinner on Thursday at Ratskeller Würzburg will be a four-course menu, drinks are not included.
Lunch vouchers for the university cafeteria ("Mensa") per voucher 10 Euro
With a voucher, you can choose any meal, one drink, and a small salad or desert.
Note: The Mensa is located very close to the workshop venue, while there are no restaurants nearby. The Mensa does not accept EC/credit card payments; cash is possible but incurs an additional 10% fee.
Submissions
If you would like to submit a proposal for a session or a contributed talk, please create a user account first. After logging in with an account, proposals can be submitted. Once your account has been created, you may log in at any time to revise your abstract or submission data until the deadline. Later, you may also use the same account to register for the conference. Please note that registration is not required prior to submission.
Session proposals:
Please provide a session title, a short abstract, and the intended speakers with their email addresses. Once accepted, these speakers will be invited to submit their individual contributions to the session.
Contributed talks:
Please provide an abstract along with information on any co-authors and the relevant research field.

Proceedings:
Participants of the conference will have the opportunity, in addition to their presentations or sessions, to express their interest in submitting a manuscript for review and publication in the conference proceedings. If sufficient interest is indicated, the proceedings will be organized after the conference and published by Springer.
Please note that the proceedings are not covered by the DEAL contract. This means publication without open-access fees is possible, whereas open-access publication might not be covered by your university. All authors of accepted papers will receive a complimentary eBook.
